These terms and conditions apply to the entire contents of the website under the domain names www.nicolegibson.com.auloveoutloud.iowww.loveoutloud.online; (“Websites”) and any Facebook, YouTube or Instagram pages along with any hard copy documentation provided to you by Love Out Loud Pty Ltd. Please read these terms carefully before using these Websites or resources. References to “us,” “we,” “our” or similar derivations refer to Love Out Loud, the owner and operator of the Websites and content. Your attention is in particular drawn to paragraphs 7 and 8 of these terms and conditions. Using this Website or our online facilities indicates that you accept these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations regardless of whether or not you choose to register for a retreat with us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this Website or make application to attend one of our Retreats. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

2. Service access

While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Websites are unavailable at any time or for any period. We give no warranties as to the availability, performance or accessibility of the Websites or resources. 

Access to the Websites and online facilities may be suspended temporarily and without notice at our discretion including without limit in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

3. Links and Advertisements

Links to third party websites on the Websites and online resources are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave this Website or our resource. We have not reviewed these third-party websites and do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. We, therefore, do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any material found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to this Website, you do so entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to display advertisements on our Website and online resources.

5. Shipping

If you choose standard Australia post shipping for your items, it is a case of “buyer beware” and Love out Loud is not responsible to replace any items that have not arrived. Love Out Loud cannot guarantee the shipping time due to third party deliveries. 

If you choose trackable postage, all item tracking numbers will be provided to you to track your purchase.

6. Return Policy for online purchases.

Love out Loud will return or refund items pursuant to Australian Consumer Law. Love Out Loud will not exchange or refund items purchased for change of mind or found the item cheaper somewhere else.


Deposits and payments are nonrefundable. In cases of extreme emergency, credit or transfer of services will be granted at the sole discretion of Love Out Loud Pty Ltd.

8. Liability

The material displayed on our sites and in hard copy are provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity. Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our sites or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:
  • Loss of income or revenue;
  • Loss of business;

  • Loss of anticipated savings;

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
